Our customers sign one-year monitoring contracts instead of five or ten-years because we do not feel it's necessary for clients to be locked into lengthy contracts. JJJ Enterprises employs the latest in communications technologies and advanced computer systems making it possible for us to provide a high quality service to our monitoring customers, including wireless cellular and radio monitoring services.

System Monitoring

  • 24-hr monitoring of fire alarm systems and electronic security alarm systems.
  • Immediate contact/dispatch of fire or police departments and building owner/representative alert.
  • UL-certificated services for insurance or fire department requirements.
Fire and other emergencies can be successfully dealt with when help is summoned immediately upon the occurrence of the emergency, and we can even monitor alarms installed by other companies.

Fire/Security Life Safety Systems

  • C-10 electrical contractor license
  • C-16 fire protection license
  • Understanding of how fires start, spread, and their effect on people and property. ​
Our knowledge of codes and standards will give you a system that complies with fire department regulations and requirements, meets goals for life-safety, and will save you money.

System Design

  • Designers are certified by the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET).
  • Can evaluate to properly space and locate components of the fire alarm system.
  • Can include functions such as elevator recall and HVAC controlling components.
Our design expertise extends to all types of occupancies and hazard levels with necessary knowledge and skills to design reliable fire detection and alarm systems.

Installation

  • Installers are certified by NICET
  • Licensed by the California Department of Industrial Relations
  • Installers undergo continuous factory training for up-to-date knowledge required for properly installing new and advanced fire detection and alarm technologies.​

As a low voltage contractor, we offer affordable systems that provide quality performance regardless of building size.

Testing & Maintanence

  • We provide inspections and system tests to meet requirements on quarterly, semi-annual, or annual bases depending on code requirements.
  • Technicians are on call 24 hours/day, and are dispatched to deal with trouble signals or customer issues.
Fire life-safety systems are required to be tested periodically by NFPA-72 and local authority jurisdiction. We generate official inspection and testing reports that can be presented to fire department inspectors.
